Alegria is a typical Cirque du Soleil show, inspired by the structure of these domes which are the architectural symbols of powerful institutions. Resolutely radaint in its visual vocabulary, the eclectic casting of the characters takes the spectators on a journey through a world of dreams and fantasy, a kingdom without a king where the Bronx are the allegory of youth in a constant battle with the old nostalgic birds for power.
