Local products and souvenirs
With some 600 shops in one area, Old-Nice is the biggest open-air shopping arcade on the French Riviera.
A large number of boutiques selling local products and gift ideas, are located mainly around the Cours Saleya.
Close by, the Place Garibaldi provides a link between the Old City and the modern one. It opens out on the eastern side onto the avenue de la République, a bustling shopping street close to the Acropolis Convention Centre.
