Plantes Stars is an installation designed by Henri Olivier, a wooden footbridge set on a mirror of water with infinity as a backdrop; a nod to the Saint-Jean peninsula suspended between sky and sea and embraced by blue.
Here the stars of our gardens will parade: local species and those from elsewhere that have long been acclimatised.
One by one, under the spotlight, each plant will be portrayed by Ivana Boris. Her photos will be exhibited in a neighbouring room, the Espace Les Néréides. An invitation to take a fresh look at the plant heritage present in our gardens and landscapes.
Free activities will take place in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat during the entire duration of the Garden Festival:

Dragon trees, palm trees, carob trees or jacaranda, hibiscus, cycas... are just some of the plant species you will discover during this immersion in the lush flora of the peninsula.
This 2-hour guided tour is free of charge and is concentrated in an area near the port that is easily accessible to all (children aged 10 and over). In accordance with health regulations, the number of people is limited to 6. All participants are required to wear a mask and to respect the distance and barrier gestures.
The Médiathèque will organise, on the site of the Jardin éphémère, readings about flowers and nature followed by a "Land Art" and "Paper Flowers" workshop, for children aged 7 and over or accompanied by an adult.
